Director, Business Development Precision Machining

Role

As a Business Development Director (also known as Sales Growth Director, Business Expansion Manager), you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth for our precision machined component capabilities. This includes identifying and securing new opportunities for current and prospective customers. You'll also oversee the development and expansion of our customer base and business opportunities, apply business and industry knowledge to research accounts, and contribute to our acquisition strategy.

Qualifications
  • 4-year bachelor’s degree (Engineering subject area strongly preferred).
  • 10+ years of business development, or relevant industry experience.
  • Experience operating in an engineering intensive environment.
