As a Production Supervisor (also known as Production Manager, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll oversee the production process, manage team members, ensure quality control, and contribute to cost reduction and productivity improvement. You'll also play a crucial role in training new hires, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
