Electrical Controls Engineer

Role

As an Electrical Controls Engineer (also known as Automation Engineer, Controls System Engineer), you'll manage the maintenance budget, maintain the Preventative Maintenance Program, troubleshoot machinery, schedule daily work, and train team members. You'll also conduct electrical/hydraulic pneumatic design, machine PLC programming, and manage customer relationships. Your role will involve application/control systems design and development for systems of varying complexity, and you'll take a lead role in project progress and decision making.

Qualifications
  • At least eight (8) years’ experience with automated equipment / machinery.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering preferred.
  • Experience with PLC programming, electrical drafting of wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting.
