Path Engineering

As a Paint Technician (also known as Paint Process Specialist, Paint System Operator), you'll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing both powder and liquid paint systems as well as wash systems. This includes creating and updating process documentation, troubleshooting issues, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the sustainability of the system. You'll work closely with operations, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a sustainable paint and wash process that meets all specifications, while driving improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.

• Minimum 5 years of experience with wash systems, powder paint, and liquid paint systems or 7 years of experience in a related field with a high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with chemicals, measuring, and mixing them to achieve and maintain desired concentrations.
