As a Maintenance Supervisor (also known as Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Coordinator), you'll lead a team of maintenance professionals, overseeing daily operations, coordinating equipment repairs, and ensuring quality workmanship. You'll also be responsible for performance management, including training and feedback, and addressing hiring and termination issues.

• High School diploma/ GED with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read, interpret and understand mechanical blueprints.
• General understanding of switches, electronics and basic pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree with minimum of 3 years of related experience or Associate degree or Technical College Certificate, and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment, Equipment Troubleshooting, PLC Troubleshooting Skills, Hydraulics Experience, HVAC, Facilities Maintenance Experience, Troubleshooting Industrial Automation Equipment.
