As a Senior CNC Machinist – Turning (also known as CNC Turning Specialist, CNC Lathe Operator), you'll be responsible for developing and implementing innovative machining solutions, improving existing ones, and ensuring quality control. • 5+ years of experience with machining, specifically turning and lathe work, including basic and complex setups. Lathe programming capability is beneficial, and milling experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with OD/ID work holding for turning, ability to develop fixturing methods, and strong knowledge of lathe tooling.
• Experience with Fanuc based controls, blueprint & GD&T, and quality inspection work to verify parts.
• Proficiency in G-Code, M-Code, machine setups for production runs, and troubleshooting CNC machines.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, process development, and continuous improvement.
