Path Engineering

As a Senior Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Specialist, Maintenance Expert), you'll ensure equipment uptime, share knowledge of production equipment, act as a subject matter expert in at least one equipment area, and champion continuous improvement efforts. You'll work directly with Maintenance Technicians, Machine Operators, Supervisors, and Managers to resolve mechanical issues.

• High School Diploma or GED required, Associate's Degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment, with experience managing people/projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to read and interpret schematics; skilled in the use of shop equipment and precision measuring equipment.
