As an Industrial Refrigeration Maintenance Specialist (also known as Refrigeration Technician, Cooling Systems Operator), you'll perform advanced refrigeration maintenance and repair throughout the warehouse. Your duties will include setting up operational parameters for all refrigeration equipment, performing system troubleshooting, and overseeing the work of contractors when necessary. You'll also be responsible for calibrating various components and ensuring optimal system performance.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• 5 years of Industrial Refrigeration maintenance experience, including ammonia refrigeration.
• Completion of RETA Operator 1 & 2 courses or equivalent industry-recognized Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including on call.
• Physical ability to work in various conditions, lift up to 50 pounds, and use hand and power tools.
