As a Production Group Leader (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Team Lead), you'll be the first line of leadership, coordinating daily activities to maintain scheduled production requirements and ensure team success. You'll foster an environment of continuous improvement, empower team members, and work towards eliminating waste and improving lean operations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering or Operations preferred. Previous professional, internship or co-op experience considered as relevant.
• 1-3 years of experience in a medium/high volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred. Experience with mechanical and hydraulic press operations, die set-up and maintenance beneficial.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel) and basic understanding of process control, production scheduling, Kaizen, Kanban and Lean manufacturing preferred.
