Path Engineering

As an Assembly Technician (also known as Manufacturing Technician, Production Assembler), you'll lead and mentor a team of skilled machinists and operators, serve as a liaison between manufacturing engineering and production personnel, and install/assemble various components and sub-assemblies. You'll also maintain inventory, organize assembly areas, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and communicate effectively with various team members.

• High school diploma or GED. Associates degree in Electronics, Assembly or related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Ability to read basic drawings and work instructions, demonstrate in-process inspection competence, and possess mechanical and technical capacity.
