Role

As a Maintenance Manager (also known as Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Lead), you'll oversee the maintenance of manufacturing equipment, manage preventative maintenance activities, and lead a team to ensure high efficiency and excellent condition of production equipment. You'll also interface with other teams to meet customer deadlines, enforce safety requirements, and implement measures to improve production methods and equipment performance.

Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or other related field/vocational studies. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, with experience managing people/projects. 6 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting industrial automation equipment, PLC programming, mechanical troubleshooting, hydraulics, and electrical troubleshooting.
