Path Engineering

As a Senior Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Specialist, Manufacturing Technician), you'll be responsible for overseeing high-speed bottle manufacturing and packaging. You'll work closely with plant leadership to execute projects, identify and resolve equipment issues, and train other team members. Your role will also involve the use of software systems to analyze and drive throughput performance, and the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for troubleshooting machines.

• High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's Degree in a manufacturing-related specialization preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment, with experience managing people/projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and the ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
• Experience with equipment troubleshooting, electrical troubleshooting skills, mechanical troubleshooting skills, and hydraulics.
• Experience with Krones, Husky, Sidel, or other packaging or bottling equipment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues across multiple departments and levels of the organization.
