Repair Technician - Sign-On Bonus

Role

As a Repair Technician (also known as Instrument Repair Specialist, Onsite Mobile Repair Technician), you'll perform basic to intermediate inspections and repairs on surgical instruments. This field service role involves driving a mobile repair truck, with up to 30% overnight travel. Your work will ensure that surgical instruments are sharpened and functioning properly, enabling surgeons to provide the best care for their patients.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of work experience, including at least 1 year of relevant experience (e.g., hands-on repair, assembly, product testing, use of small hand tools).
  • Must be able to meet flexible schedules with early/late hours and occasional overnight/out of state travel, pass a DOT medical/ physical exam, have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, and be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
