Path Engineering

As a Facility Technician (also known as Maintenance Technician, Building Maintenance Specialist), you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs to buildings and common areas. This includes ensuring the proper functioning of machinery, equipment, facilities, and applicable systems to prevent breakdowns. You will also work independently on general building maintenance tasks, schedule preventative maintenance services, and collaborate with other departments on cost reduction projects.

• 3-5 years experience in general facilities maintenance.
