Role

As a Process Engineer (also known as Manufacturing Engineer, Process Improvement Engineer), you'll play a key role in enhancing and optimizing our manufacturing processes, particularly for Post Cast processes (e.g., mold knock-out, abrasive cutting, rough finishing, sand blasting, etc.). You'll be tasked with analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to boost efficiency and productivity. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, process performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • At least 1+ years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the processing of castings or other metallic products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in process simulation tools and statistical analysis software.
