Role

As a Maintenance Manager (also known as Maintenance Director, Plant Maintenance Supervisor), you'll oversee and coordinate activities within the Maintenance Department. Your primary duties will include ensuring efficient and cost-effective repair and maintenance of all plant equipment, buildings, and grounds, developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring the completion of accurate documentation associated with all maintenance procedures.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Manager.
  • Engineering degree preferred.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic competencies.
  • Proven experience in overseeing a maintenance department.
  • Functional knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance procedures and practices.
  • Experience with programmable controls, including the ability to troubleshoot and modify programs using appropriate tools.
  • Physical ability to frequently use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Proficiency in facilities maintenance, experience in a manufacturing environment, electrical troubleshooting skills, creating preventive maintenance plans, and equipment troubleshooting.
