Path Engineering

As a Field Service Technician (also known as Equipment Maintenance Technician, Field Maintenance Engineer), you'll perform troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and systems. You'll manage your time effectively, prioritizing customer and business needs to complete preventative maintenance, service calls, warranty calls, equipment installations, and field upgrade programs. You'll work with cross-functional teams to escalate issues appropriately and use advanced technology platforms to meet compliance regulatory requirements and document troubleshooting issues. Additionally, you'll provide customers with information, pricing, and repair options, and identify sales opportunities in your assigned territory.
