Machine Operator

Role

As a Machine Operator (also known as Equipment Technician, Production Machine Operator), you'll be responsible for meeting shift output goals, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, and setting up and running products based on given instructions. You'll operate machinery, make minor repairs, and ensure quality control. You'll also use overhead cranes and forklifts, operate electric butt-welding machines, and generate identification tags for finished products. Your role will also include maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in your work area and accurately reporting production data.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and other support software.
  • Physical ability to sit, talk, hear, stand, walk, use hands, reach, lift and/or carry up to 100 pounds, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, climb, push/pull, squat, or crouch.
