Role

As a Production Assembler (also known as Fabrication Technician, Assembly Operator), you'll perform a range of assembly tasks, including some welding applications. You'll be responsible for fitting, aligning, and adjusting components to very close tolerances to complete mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies. You'll also interpret detailed blueprints, assembly sketches, or other input documents to ensure the quality of the components for the product being assembled meets high standards. Hand and power tools will be utilized to complete the assemblies, and you'll also perform some welding fabrication tasks.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Experience as an Assembler in a manufacturing environment, with some welding experience or willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in electrical schematics, mechanical assembly skills, and blueprint reading.
