Path Engineering

As a Production Associate (also known as Manufacturing Assistant, Production Operator), you'll operate production lines, ensure the safety of yourself and others, and maintain the quality of the product. You'll also supply the line with raw materials, operate forklifts, perform quality checks, troubleshoot line or quality concerns, and participate in continuous improvement processes. This role offers a unique 3-2-2 schedule with 12-hour shifts, allowing for a great work-life balance.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions, with basic math skills.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience using trimming and banding tools and hoists, monitoring machinery, and applying mechanical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills and experience with measurement tools and gauges.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks involving extensive use of hands and fingers related to assembly.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders, visually distinguish colors and inspect items for defects.
• Must be available to work a 3-2-2 12-hour shift schedule.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, perform repetitive arm movements, lift 35 lbs. repetitively, and stand on concrete for up to 12 hrs. per shift.
