Path Engineering

As a Process Engineering Technician (also known as Injection Molding Technician, Manufacturing Process Technician), you'll be responsible for maintaining and improving manufacturing processes, ensuring quality control, interfacing with other team members, and managing various automation systems. Your duties will include process adjustments, working with hot runner systems, maintaining quality standards, and performing startups and shutdowns as needed.

• Rotating schedule of 3 days on, 3 days off (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
• Only work 180 days/year with paid holidays and vacation in the first year.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 3 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with advanced robotics experience preferred.
• Proficiency in creating preventive maintenance plans, industrial and manufacturing engineering, continuous improvement, equipment troubleshooting, lean manufacturing principles, and basic computer skills.
