Path Engineering

As a Paint Prep Technician (also known as Paint Preparation Specialist, Paint Prep Operator), you'll assist in preparing parts for painting, including cleaning and masking, and perform other tasks as assigned. You'll follow established work procedures, handle various hand tools, and contribute to maintaining departmental compliance requirements. You'll also have the opportunity to learn and gain knowledge in paint application processes.

• Experience in autobody/automotive or other industrial paint preparation, including masking parts, mixing of paints, and bondo & priming.
• Experience with paint sprayers, pneumatic sanders, and other paint prep tools.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal, with exceptional organizational skills.
