As a Production Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Manager), you'll oversee the production process, manage equipment, enforce SOP's and standards, and supervise employees to ensure product quality, food safety, and safety compliance. You'll also mentor employees, foster a positive workplace, and communicate effectively.

• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a union environment.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
