Path Engineering

As a Cell Operator (also known as Press Brake Operator, Aerospace Welder, Spot Welder), you'll be part of a dedicated cross-functional team servicing key customers. You'll perform highly technical operations, including stamping press operation, finishing, and assembly.

• Experience in one or more of the following: press brake operation, aerospace welding, spot welding, stamping press operation, finishing, assembly.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Teamwork skills and flexibility to perform various functions, including grinding deburring, benching, assembly, pack and prep for shipment and other plant operations.
• High quality standards with excellent blueprint reading skills and competence in using height gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to apply critical thinking to solve problems in real time.
• Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, deburring, shop math skills, and blueprint reading.
• Experience with CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) and Press Brake.
