Maintenance Manager

Role

As a Maintenance Manager (also known as Facilities Manager, Equipment Maintenance Supervisor), you'll oversee preventative and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the company's buildings, facilities, machinery, and equipment operate reliably and efficiently. You'll manage maintenance of production equipment, schedule preventative maintenance activities, and build world-class mechanical and preventative maintenance teams. You'll also oversee outside contractors, interface with others in the organization to meet customer deadlines, and maintain time and maintenance records.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or vocational studies. Master's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, with 4 years of experience managing people/projects.
  • Strong verbal, writing, and presentation skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well in collaborative group environments. Strong attention to detail and organization. Intermediate knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
