Path Engineering

As a Service and Repair Technician (also known as Equipment Maintenance Technician, Field Service Technician), you'll provide repair and preventive maintenance services for customer equipment. You'll troubleshoot and repair customer equipment, answer customer inquiries, schedule service and maintenance work, and prepare documentation regarding work performed. You'll also participate in product training and demonstrations, and assist in establishing contracts for repair and maintenance service.
