Role
As a Controls Technician (also known as Manufacturing Engineering Technician, Equipment Controls Specialist), you will be the go-to expert for all equipment controls-related issues. You will be responsible for troubleshooting production equipment controls failures, reducing unscheduled equipment downtime, and executing planned improvement projects. You will work both independently and as part of a team, using your technical and communication skills to enhance equipment controls.

- Mechatronics Associates Degree (or similar) from an accredited university with 4+ years of experience in an automated manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and program updates - Siemens TIA Portal or Allen-Bradley.
- Experience in HMI troubleshooting - Siemens Comfort Panel or Allen-Bradley FactoryTalk.
- Proficiency in Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong skills in PLC Troubleshooting, Equipment Troubleshooting, Electrical Troubleshooting, Mechanical Troubleshooting, and Blueprint Reading.
