Role

As a Customer Service Representative (also known as Sales Coordinator, Customer Support Specialist), you'll understand and cater to customer needs, coordinate and support all aspects of sales activities, manage customer relations, and work with various departments to ensure compliance and standardization with sales administrative processes. You'll also be responsible for tracking orders and responding to all customer inquiries about orders and products.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Prior experience in Retail Sales and Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with ERP software is a plus.
