Role

As an Engineering Manager (also known as Plant Engineering Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Manager), you'll enhance the performance of productive equipment, safeguard plant assets, and manage maintenance labor and material costs to meet plant performance objectives. You'll be responsible for forecasting and managing plant capital expenditure to optimize investment value. This role ensures compliance with Environmental Protection Agency regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices, the Occupational Safety & Health Act, and other regulations and standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of increasing responsibility in plant engineering and project management in manufacturing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with full cycle capital project management from appropriation preparation to field start up.
