Join our team as a proactive Maintenance Manager (also known as Facility Manager, Plant Maintenance Supervisor). You'll drive key metrics for safety, quality, cost, and production, surpassing budgeted goals. Lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and implement the Maintenance Program for continuous improvement. You'll also develop and maintain PM systems, manage Capital Expense Projects, and mentor the team for growth.

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field or equivalent experience.
• 5 or more years of experience in a manufacturing facility with lean manufacturing practices.
• Experience with integrated/computerized manufacturing systems. JDE experience is preferred.
