Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Maintenance Specialist, Maintenance Engineer), your primary responsibilities will include coordinating maintenance activities, organizing work materials, writing work instructions, and ensuring the optimal performance of all lab equipment. You'll also be in charge of scheduling maintenance activities with contractors and conducting weekly meetings with various teams to organize and prioritize maintenance work.

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a highly automated manufacturing or lean manufacturing/continuous flow operations.
  • Proficiency in the use of a Computerized Maintenance Management System.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
