Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift)

Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Maintenance Specialist, Maintenance Engineer), you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing optical processing equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting production. Your duties will include installing, maintaining, and repairing manufacturing equipment, diagnosing failures, replacing defective components, creating/updating standard operating procedures, and providing guidance and training to team members.

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of maintenance experience in production environments. Experience with optical processing equipment is a plus.
  • Basic skills in both mechanical and electrical. Experience with schematics, HVAC and/or welding is preferred but not required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
