Path Engineering

As a Shift Manager (also known as Team Leader, Production Supervisor), you'll manage and direct activities of your assigned shift, ensuring product adheres to the highest standards of safety, quality, and throughput. You'll maintain effective working relationships with team members, analyze production schedules, and make necessary adjustments to meet production targets. You'll also be responsible for team member coaching and development, employment decisions, and resolving issues through conflict resolution.

• High School Diploma or GED required, Associate's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, with experience managing people/projects.
• Understanding of production processes and controls.
