Role

As a Human Resources Manager (also known as HR Manager, Personnel Manager), you'll oversee the administration of all human resources and safety operations. This strategic role involves planning, developing, and implementing various human resource initiatives aligned with key goals and objectives. You'll foster a positive culture, enhance employee engagement, drive change and innovation, and manage diverse plant positions. You'll also lead the performance management and appraisal process, handle disciplinary issues, conduct investigations, and manage safety procedures and policies.

Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • PHR/SPHR Certification preferred.
