Manufacturing Engineer

Role

As a Manufacturing Engineer (also known as Automation Engineer, Production Engineer), you'll lead continuous improvement efforts, manage capital projects, and drive cost reduction activities. You'll develop methods to optimize manufacturing equipment, implement cycle time reduction, troubleshoot PLC programs, and modify manufacturing processes for safety, quality, and cost improvements. You'll also manage project budgets, maintain equipment drawings, develop solutions for equipment/process failures, and lead Kaizen activities.

Qualifications
  • B.S. Degree in Mechanical and/or Industrial Engineering, or related degree.
  • Two or more years of experience in manufacturing engineering and automation.
  • Proficient in PLC Troubleshooting, Process Development, and Basic Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel, MfgPro, Kronos).
