Path Engineering

As a Supervisor, Manufacturing Production (also known as Injection Molding Supervisor), you'll provide leadership and oversight for a 24/7 injection molding operation. You'll manage production operators and material handlers, collaborate with various teams, adhere to strict quality Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs). You'll also ensure safety guidelines are followed, develop team goals, manage employee performance, and maintain productivity metrics.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• Fluency in English.
• 2 years of relevant experience and 1 year of demonstrated leadership.
• Proficiency in leadership, people management, excellent communication skills, and experience in a manufacturing environment.
