Path Engineering

As a Maintenance Manager (also known as Equipment Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Department Head), you'll oversee the maintenance of injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment. You'll collaborate with production management to schedule preventative maintenance activities, manage outside contractors, and ensure customer deadlines are met. You'll also be responsible for hiring, training, and reviewing the performance of your team, as well as enforcing safety requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or vocational studies (Master's Degree preferred).
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, with at least 4 years of experience managing people/projects.
• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, creating preventive maintenance plans, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and experience with hydraulics and industrial automation equipment.
