Path Engineering

As a Production Manager (also known as Operations Supervisor, Manufacturing Manager), you'll be responsible for employee relations, overseeing product manufacturing, ensuring the efficiency of operations, planning and utilization of equipment, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. You'll also manage production performance measures, direct production personnel, adhere to quality standards, execute safety policies, and work closely with various departments to drive improvements and resolve issues.

• Associate / Technical Degree in a related field or five years of experience as a lead or supervisor in manufacturing.
