Role

As a CNC Machine Operator (also known as CNC Machinist, CNC Technician), you'll play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You'll operate CNC Mills and Lathes, perform machine setups for production runs, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure precision and quality in the production of components. You'll also manage CNC tooling, read and interpret blueprints, and communicate effectively with team members.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC Mill and Lathe operations.
  • Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and machine programming.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Understanding of GD&T and its application in machining.
  • Mechanical assembly and troubleshooting skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
