Path Engineering

As a Fabrication Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Team Leader), you'll lead a team of machine operators and support personnel, oversee daily operations, ensure product quality, and promote a culture of safety. You'll also work closely with Production Planning and Assembly Supervisors, maintain fabrication equipment, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
