Role

As a Tool and Die Maker (also known as CNC Operator, Machinist), you'll be responsible for the manufacturing, repair, and maintenance of various types of tools, dies, and fixtures. You'll interpret technical drawings and specifications, operate a variety of machine tools, and perform precision machining and finishing operations. You'll also troubleshoot issues, collaborate with engineers and production teams, and adhere to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or apprenticeship in tool and die making preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Tool and Die Maker or highly skilled CNC operator in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Strong knowledge of machining techniques and equipment, including CNC machining.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
