Path Engineering

As a Production Supervisor (also known as Plant Manager, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll report to the Production Manager and direct plant floor operations. Your responsibilities will include managing production, ensuring quality, identifying opportunities for process improvement, reducing downtime and waste, and enhancing quality in a safe manner. You'll also develop and train manufacturing floor employees, fostering their growth and skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the willingness to learn new systems.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and people management skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents and statistical information.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
