Path Engineering

As a Factory Supervisor (also known as Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor), you will supervise, organize, and direct activities of a specific product packaging segment within the production department. You'll lead and manage the tactical activities of the Production department, develop team capabilities, and drive opportunities to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), labor utilization, and quality requirements. You will also coordinate with other departments on planning and scheduling production runs, changeovers, preventative maintenance, and work order assignments.

• High School Diploma, G.E.D or equivalent degree is required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, Operations Management or related field is preferred. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a filling/packaging environment is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a filling and packaging environment is required; cosmetics or pharmaceutical experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of: Microsoft Office Suite: FDA Good Manufacturing Practices and OSHA Safety Requirements; SAP or related inventory management system; LEAN manufacturing principles.
