Role

As a Machine Operator (also known as Equipment Technician, Production Machine Operator), your key duties will include setting up machines for production runs, reading and interpreting blueprints, performing mechanical troubleshooting, and communicating effectively with team members. You will also be responsible for manual machining tasks, assembling mechanical components, and conducting quality inspections to ensure products meet established standards.

Qualifications
  • Experience in machine setups for production runs.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

  • Shop math skills for accurate measurements.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Manual machining skills are a plus.
  • Mechanical assembly experience is beneficial.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
  • Quality inspection experience is an advantage.
