Path Engineering

As a Production Supervisor (also known as Production Manager, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll plan and schedule personnel, provide production expectations and quality feedback, monitor daily production requirements, train and monitor employee performance, compile KPI data, and participate in team leader meetings and quality initiatives. This role requires a willingness to work both day and second shifts.

• Competitive pay rate of $36.05/hour, with additional ST rate after 45 hours and OT rate on Sundays.

• 3-5 years of experience in production, with 1-3 years within the automotive industry.
