Path Engineering

As a Production Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Operations Manager, Production Manager), you'll oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. You'll supervise daily production activities, utilize ERP Software and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), implement Lean Manufacturing Principles, and manage production schedules. You'll also recruit, train, and mentor production staff, manage budgeting and forecasting, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
