Maintenance Planner/Scheduler

Role

As a Maintenance Planner (also known as Maintenance Scheduler, Job Planner), you'll evaluate work requests, develop job scopes, estimate labor hours, and gather necessary technical documentation. You'll maintain an organized work order backlog, conduct weekly planning meetings, create technician schedules, and continuously improve job plans. You'll also train site employees on the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Qualifications
  • Associate Degree in a technical field.
  • 1-3 years of maintenance scheduling/planning experience or 5-10 years as a machine repair technician.
  • Proficiency with computers, maintenance systems, and applications including Microsoft Office.
