Role

As a Field Equipment Service Technician (also known as Equipment Maintenance Technician, Field Service Engineer), you'll diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, perform routine maintenance and repairs, assemble and disassemble components, document service activities, and collaborate with team members to improve service processes. You'll also provide exceptional customer service during on-site visits and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years mechanical and technical experience.
  • Proven mechanical troubleshooting skills and experience in assembly and disassembly.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills.
