As a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Leader, Production Supervisor), you'll provide leadership and direction to an assigned team, focusing on strategic continuous improvements and area processes. You'll work towards achieving Safety, Quality, Cost, and Customer Delivery goals and engage in the development of team members through the utilization of Skills matrix and coaching skills.
