Role

As a Cost Accounting Manager (also known as Financial Controller, Cost Analyst), you'll be responsible for analyzing and reporting on the costs associated with production. This includes managing manufacturing inventory, ensuring accurate valuation, tracking, and reconciliation of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. You'll also provide actionable insights based on cost analysis to support strategic decisions and assist in developing budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong emphasis on inventory management and analysis.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, especially related to inventory and costing modules.
